getting so worried now!!!

So been 14 months today since I me and SO actively started trying to conceive! We have had a number of MC and it's killing me that my body can't hold onto my baby!! Have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor and hoping I can get some peace of mind after tests! Sorry for ranting ladies just didn't know who else to say it to! Praying all of you amazing ladies get your BFP ❤
