it feels like I have a broken vagina

I swear my pelvic bone feels like it's broken! Or more like it broke and is barely healing! It hurts to walk, stand up straight or lay on my left and right side. 36+5 days and I want her here now! I don't have a dr appointment until the 18th I have no idea if I'm dialated or effaced. 🙄 may 31st needs to come asap!
