Help ...a sac with no fetus?

Question

I went to the ER last night because my morning sickness was so bad the past 3 days I couldn't even keep down water ...they gave me an ultra sound they saw the sac but no fetus in it ..I'm only 6 weeks should I be conserned?

I went through the exact same!! They told me to come back and the entire time I was extremely worried. The ultrasound tech only seen a yolk sac with no fetal pole.. it's nothing to worry about at all✨ to even see a yolk sac is a great sign

Same thing happened to me today! I went in and thought I was 7 weeks 4 days, and no baby. My Dr said to come back in 2 weeks and they will give me another ultrasound, she thinks I'm not far along enough to see the baby, I might only be 4/5 weeks! Trying not to be so nervous but I can't help it! Positive thoughts sent your way gf💕🤞🏻

I'm sure all is fine but when we went at 6w1d we saw two sacs with both fetal poles and heartbeats. But... I don't know how much natural variance there are in these things?? If it were me I'd be calling the OB for their opinion or advice. Maybe you are not as far along? I know things are really tricky that early... good luck mama!

My baby was hiding at my first ultrasound last week... I was 7 weeks exactly

I was 6w1d and they couldn't see anything either. I went for another ultrasound at 7w5d and got to see baby :)
