I found out i have a low lying placenta..im nineteen 19 weeks atm..the doctor found out a month ago and didnt tell me. Im very upset. Im only 25 what tha crap...hiw should i handle this???

I was told the same at my 19 week ultrasound. They told me that 90% of the time it moves up, the worry is that if it's really low and blocks the cervix the baby can't get out that way and they have to c-section. I had my 28 week ultrasound and it moved up! Most likely it will for you too!

They diagnosed me with that as well and I'm 34. I'm now 29 weeks and the placenta has moved up from the growing baby.  Don't stress it.  You'll be ok

Not necessarily related to age. It is actually really common. It moves in most women, so give it some time.

I had this problem, they gave me a few extra ultrasounds during my pregnancy and it had moved itself by 28wks.

At this stage it's nothing to worry about. Just make sure they keep an eye on it. Everything should be fine.
