6 weeks three days

So I'm really hungry so hungry like I got a tape warm in my stomach I would eat a big meal and be so full to the point where I'm bloated and can't move cuss my stomach hurts than a hour later I'm completely hungry again to where my stomach is making noise and I get bad headaches. Is this normal . I am taking fish oils , vitamins and prenatal but gosh I'm hungry lol
