NEED HELP???

Earlier yesterday my SO told me he wanted me to take a pregnancy test because he has a feeling that I am....with that being said I am in my TWW and as of tomorrow it's one week to go... anyway later one of my friends who lives in a different state calls and ask if I'm pregnant she says she also has a feeling that I am? What could this mean??? What is the coincidence??? Don't want to get my hopes up but want to know???
