Who else hates sleeping on their side?!

Lol had to redo this because I messed up the title! I like to sleep on my back and spend most of the night tossing and turning because I am uncomfortable on my side! 29 weeks pregnant

I can only sleep on my back now at 36 weeks because I feel like I'm squashing him when I'm on my side! He wriggles and pushes no matter what side i lay on so we sleep on our back lol!

I used to only sleep on my right side, now I can only fall asleep if I'm on my left side.

I have SI Joint dysfunction, which means my pelvis separates and dislocates very easily now (I'm 33 weeks).

Some days, I absolutely cannot sleep on my side without my pelvis dislocating and causing absolute, screaming agony. And there is nothing I can do to stop it. So, I'm having to compromise and sleep on my back those nights. I know that's also not good for me and baby, but it's the ONLY way I can realign the joint. If the rest of my back is supportive that day, I'll sleep on my back, with my upper back supported by pillows, so my belly weight is shifted, but some days I can't even manage that.

If I lay on my back for to long the baby cuts off circulation and I will literally pass out so I have to lay on my side . It's hard since I'm a back sleeper .

It's crazy cause I hated laying on my back before I was pregnant but now I can't sleep comfortably on either side so end up on my back.
