Anterior Placenta
I just learned at my 11 week appointment that I have an anterior placenta. My doctor seemed to brush it off, not making a big deal out of it. She had tried to use a doppler to find the heartbeat but couldn't so she brought in the ultrasound machine. The baby is fine but the placenta muffles its heartbeat.
My question is is having an anterior placenta something that will cause problems later on?
