Best remedies for acne?

I need some good remidies to help clear my acne. It's on my chest that's rashing out it's gotten worse this past week and I don't know why. My face is doing perfectly fine I went on a detox diet and I exercise everyday and it's been helping my face. But also I just had gone off birth control. Could that be a cause of it?? Has anyone have a great wash or even home remidey they use?
