Can you still have strong symptoms if you have had a missed miscarriage? I had spotting around week six more brown discharge. I did not have an 8 week scan because I had gone to the ER already and had an US confirming pregnancy she did not want to do another. I am trying to stay positive because more than likely everything is ok. I still have horrible morning sickness, and breasts are somewhat sore. No bleeding or spotting since week 6. What are the possiblities. I know I am probably just being paranoid but you know.
