Pain during sex in early pregnancy?

October Momma • 22 year old happily married mother of boy girl twins, Emma and Alden, born 10/11/17😊
I'm 14 weeks 2 days pregnant with twins and on Saturday my hubby and I were enjoying each other's company in the naked fashion and I started having pains on my left side. Not horrible but noticeable enough to stop sex. I see my doctor tomorrow and plan on asking her but was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and what it meant for them.
