OVULATION TEST HELP

I was out of ovulation test...so i thought I'll just save the urine and go to the store.... welp that neve happened this was Tuesday or Wednesday....so when i tested today i thought omg the urine in the medicine cabinet.... so i still tested the urine and this was my result....could this be right?
