Is this finally happening??

My husband and I have been trying for over a year and half and had just started our first IVF cycle late last month when i was told I didnt have enough eggs to do the retrieval.. I was devastated but they said we could try IUI since I already took all the drugs but I do have a blocked tube so I wasnt going to get my hopes up... but I'm crossing my fingers this is real and sticks! I've waited so long to see those 2 lines I couldn't stop making sure 😂😊
