Unusual symptoms???

So I haven't been able to sleep all night, I've been wide awake since yesterday, and for some reason in the middle of the night my arms just started hurting. It feels like someone is sitting on both my arms and my muscles are being clenched, from shoulder to fingertip. Am I crazy? What does this mean?? The pain is so uncomfortable it's making me nauseous now, and I just wanna sleep. 😩
