Earlier this evening I was at a friends house and we were sitting in her room and my face got really tingly, my  vision started narrowing as though I was blacking out slowly and my hearing was really distorted, I then had a really bad heat flash. She helped me up and went to get me a water and as I went to walk out of the room I lost my vision and passed out and hit my head really hard on the door. I came too an she helped me outside for some fresh air. Finally after   About 5 minutes outside my vision came back fully and I felt fine except for a really bad headache. My feet had also been super the past couple weeks... Any ideas of what May have caused this?
