Pregnant women using handicapped spots?

I saw this in a comment on here and I thought it would make an interesting topic. Do you think that pregnant women should be given handicapped plaques to use while they are pregnant?

I personally don't think so. This would use up a lot of unnecessary space that actual handicapped people could be using. I do think that there should be more pregnancy parking available in more common places though. I also think pregnant women should be given a plaque by their doctors to prove pregnancy when using these spaces. This would end a lot of non pregnant women from using them.
