Plantar fasciitis
Anyone have this during pregnancy? I use to have it before I was pregnant for the longest time it was fine. Now I'm 31 weeks and it's been going on for a few days. But today it seems worse😩 I've been icing my feet/heels for a while. Don't know if it's doing much. Hopefully it goes away soon😕
