It seems I caught the flu along with my two little ones I thought morning sickness finally hit me but my girls are running fevers and have same symptoms as me my question is I'm 6 weeks 4 days I dont have fever and I'm eating broth and water will the flu harm baby I really don't want to drag two sick kids to the hospital unless totally necessary as of now I have only thrown up twice since this morning and can keep liquids down
