Tattoo help?

Hi everybody. So, I'm turning 16 in July, and I want a tattoo of my cats paw prints. She passed away but I want to get one more tattoo. I want a teal bow, it's for sexual assault. The thing is, my mom and I have NEVER talked about it. And I do not want too. The bow also stands for PCOS. Which my cousin has. I could tell my mom I'm getting for PCOS but I don't want her searching into it and finding out its for sexual assault too. I could get another tattoo but I really want the teal bow. I don't really know what to do.
