So its been almost 2 months ive been feeling cold like chilly feeling under the skin.Even if its 80 degrees im still feeling somewhat cold.At night time i take 2 blankets and i wake up drenched in sweat and then i feel cold again. Im exclusively breastfeeding for months now.I haven't had my regular period since i gave birth.Im actually getting annoyed from feeling so cold all the time.Could it be hormones?
