So confused??!!

So about two weeks ago I met this guy. We started talking,and sneaking off yo see each other while I at work (never had sex). He would literally just give me hugs, and we would talk for a little while. I'm actually one of his supervisors. But anyways everything seemed OK then all of a sudden he stopped speaking to me. I was so confused. He sent me this text and it further confused me..." Yeah im ok, i think we should stop communicating. I have my reasons, and hope you can understand You didnt do anything, its just a decision i had to make for myself. " so I left him alone but I still feel so confused.What do you guys think?
