premature luteinization: anyone with experience

Hi all, I am in my 30's and I have recently been told that I may be pre mature luteinzation. I get a LH and estradiol surge early in my cycle, before my oocytes-follicles reach mature size, and I get into the luteal phase with rising progesterone without actually having ovulated.

I have regular cycles and I do not have PCOS, but my hormones surge too early before my follicles are ready (per my RE). Some women have this with their IVF cycles but I am having them regularly in my natural cycles as welll.

I am wondering if anyone has had this condition and how you were treated.
