For pregnancy symptoms to come and go in the first trimester? My boobs only get tender when I sleep and I have no morning sickness. I feel more tired though. And I'm peeing more. But other than that I feel fine. Has anyone else been through this? I have my first sono on the 16 and until I see that heart beat I'm having a hard time feeling or believing I'm pregnant. But I've taken 7 tests and all are positive. This is my second pregnancy. Any advice or kind words would help!!!
