Am i pregnant or its something else?

Girls... I really need you help..

I had my last period on 9th march 2017...I have missed periods for 2 months...I had an intercourse with pull out method

I did 2 urine pregnancy tests...They were negative...I did the test on 21st april almost after 1 n half week later I missed periods...

Now I am on medications of inducing periods(suggested by doctor)...But have not yet got periods..

Please suggest what should I do?

(Please note that I have my exams in next month so going through stress, irregular food timings, irregular sleep n also I have gained weight pretty much in last 4-5 months)
