I am on this i posted photo, for urinary tract infection, (bladder) doc says take 2 a day, but never gave time frame. I started my period yesterday so i took it at 10:30am and took it at 5:30pm can i just keep it on a 7 hour frame ? Because I'm so ran down its my second day taking it. ? I don't want to go off track. I know most people take it when they wake up , then when they go to bed, but i usually fall asleep about 6pm .
