Nauseous

Everytime I get nauseous I pray that it's because my hcg levels are going up and not down! I was really sick last night (thinking it was something I ate) and can't help but worry whether or not the babies okay after being sick for 24 hours. It's hard to not get nervous about everything after two miscarriages! Have an ultrasound on Monday and I'll be 6w3d. Praying we see a healthy baby and heartbeat on the screen!!!!
