How do you beat the bloat!?

What's your tried and true way to beating the bloat in pregnancy?

Walking about 3-4 miles a day, lots and lots of water (I drink at least 128oz during my day), and a salad for lunch. It didn't get rid of it, but it helped keep me regular and lowered the bloat as much as possible. But ultimately, it's hormones so not everything is avoidable or preventable! Good luck tho. Bloats no fun! ☺️

I drink lots of water, exercise 3-4 days a week, watch my salt intake, lemons. I use Himalayan sea salt instead of iodized table salt.

Yes, moving helps. Also eating foods with mildly laxative effect. Chia seeds, grounded psyllium seed in lukewarm water, dried plums, lukewarm water first thing in the morning, Roiboos tea. If this does not help you, discuss it with your doctor.
