How would you describe my body type??

Im 25 yrs old... 5 foot 4 inches, and very used to being the naturally slim girl, but in the past two yrs ive gone from 127... To 142. I have a butt, hips, and small boobs. I love to eat, but i miss my effortless flat tummy! I work out atleast three times a week now. Am i good? Or do i need to work harder?
