please give me advice when to test

Okay  ladies my SO and I are trying to conceive and him and I had sex April 29th  and he came inside of me .   This app is always correct since I got it it has never been wrong about when AF is supposed to start for me but she didn't come yesterday when she was supposed to.  I'm hoping that is a good sign!!  I've been really constipated and my nipples itches really bad for a couple days and are now just really sensitive.   And I'm tired all the time which isn't normal for me I'm usually the one that is ready to go do things and have fun but not lately.    When should I take a test??😊.                  Fingers are crossed for a baby❤❤
