help!!!

My fiancé and I have a lot of sex usually 1 or 2 times daily and this past week we were so busy we didn't hVe sex the last 3 days so we went extra this last time having sex and now my vagina feels swollen and is super sensitive and sore feeling. Could it be we just had too rough of sex ?? Any advice !??
