relationships

I'm in 8th grade and I have a girlfriend, we've been dating for over a month and have never kissed or anything we only hold hands and hug but we're not really holding hands anymore because teachers always yell at us. Guys and girls will make out in the halls all the time and no one does anything but when you see two girls showing a relationship it's apparently against the rules. What should I do I'm very annoyed and angry that this is happening (I'm openly bi at school but not yet with any of my family)
