So sick :(

I got slammed with a massive head cold today. My whole face hurts my sinuses are so congested. My midwife ok'd 4 hr sudafed but it's not helping. I have tried a netti pot and saline spray for my nose. Got my humidifier going hoping that helps. Looks like another sleepless night. Any other good natural remedies for nasal congestion? I will try anything at this point!
