Need advice

I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years. A years ago I asked him to marry me and he said yes. Then well 4 months later said he wasn't really. Now he said he's ready to marry me and said he going to get me a nice ring but the last month he has fix his car which was 6000 the right after that got a new motorcycle which was 10000. I don't know if he was lying to me or if he just forgot. I want to be mad but at the same time I'm really sad.

What should I do?
