Could I be pregnant? HELP!

I've been tracking my cervical mucus for conception. I had intercourse 2 days before ovulation. That was about a week ago. I'm now experiencing heavy milky discharge (more than normal) some breast tenderness and a little bit of lower back pain. I'm about 6 days away from my next period so idk if I'm just psyching my self out or could I really be pregnant?
