My Tinder Story
Yeah I know what you think. Tinder, hook up app, am I right? Well you would be normally haha my friends and I got it together to do the group swipe thing because the chats were super funny. I never really thought I'd find something worth while on there and I was honestly done trying with guys all together at this point anyway and was just going to focus on college and my track career. 
The day before I decided to delete Tinder I matched with the most attractive man on our baseball team and I was stunned he thought I was cute too. We exchanged phone numbers but I didn't expect much. We talked on and off for a couple days than another girl on my team, who I used to be friends with, found out I was interested in him and started messaging him to make me jealous. I wasn't about to be caught up in a love triangle so I stopped replying to him all together.
Lucky for me, he didn't give up. A few days later he asked me to go to the softball game with him and I was skeptical but I had nothing better to do so I went. I am so thankful I did.
Right away I had a feeling about him and I have NEVER been so comfortable around someone. He is exactly what I needed in my life. He has gotten me through so many rough times and had always believed in me. He doesn't allow me to sell myself short and I don't allow anything less from him.
Unfortunately he is graduating and we aren't sure what the future holds. We don't know where they are going to place him for his summer league ball or if he will get drafted to the MLB which is a very very good possibility. Of course that sucks to do distance but we have agreed to keep doing what we are doing and working it out as we go.
Last week we adopted a dog from the shelter (Peyton, pictured) together so at least I will have a part of him with me no matter where he ends up. ❤️
Long story short, God gives you what you need when you least expect it, don't give up.
