Would you be annoyed?

So I am 4 years younger than my bf and can't get into clubs and probably won't be allowed out. But last night a family memeber of his asked us into town and he said to me, see if your not allowed I'm going anyway
This really hurt me because I only see him at weekends and and last night the whole night was spent with his family!

Sorry but you have to expect it. My bf was 20 when i was 15 i couldnt go anywhere and he still went out some weekends but mostly we went round to our mates places so we could both drink and have a good time etc

I'd be annoyed yes, but at the same time you have to accept that he is 4 years older than you. If he wants to go out then there's nothing stopping him! These are all things you should think about when you date an older guy. And if you can't handle it then it's not worth it!

Thats kind of a dick move in my opinion.. i mean yes he's older and can do what he wants but he should want to spend time with you and should at least be a little more considerate knowing the age gap. I know everyone else here so far has just said expect it and thats normal and stuff like that but i dated a guy 5 years older than me but he never did stuff like that. I mean he would go to his friends house and drink sometimes but i would always be invited and if he knew something was happening at a bar he just simply didnt go unless it was something really important. You should be understanding of his age but he should also be understanding of yours and how it makes you feel when he says/does stuff like that.
