Trying to get pregnant husbands having trouble staying erect.

I'm wanting to get pregnant but the only problem is my husbands having trouble getting it up. Very frustrating. Were trying to have sex during fertile window. The three times weve had sex hes had to hold it to keep it hard and he only goes half way inside me. Can I still get pregnant if hes only half way inside of me.
