Symptoms too early? When to test?

My fiancé and I have been ttc everyday since my last period. My next period is still 10 days away however I already have all these symptoms..
Super nauseous when I smell strong smells. Painful pms like cramps. Sore/hard breasts. Morning sickness(past 2 days threw up) and I've been super tired/moody lately.

How soon can I test? Pregnant or sick?

You can test as early as ten days before it's missed I was prego with twins and test ed ten days before got a bfp the line was super faint but it was there and we had twins just to try to help I have a very regular 24-25 day cycle every month and fertile window according to this app is right after my period and tested ten days early use your very first morning pee or if your too anxious like me just keep from peering for at least 6 -7 hrs  that is still considered first morning pee cause you waited so long to go
