Nucal translucency test

Just wondering if people are choosing to do the 11-13 week chromosome tests and what they are basing their decisions on. I'm 23 years old, 11 w pregnant and very healthy with all indications of a healthy pregnancy so my risk factor is very low... Trying to decide wether or not to do this extra ultrasound (just had one last week). Did you do the NT ultrasound? Why?
