Septations in gestational sac

This is my second pregnancy with the first resulting in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I went for my first prenatal appointment at 8 weeks and the doctor said she saw septations on the gestational sac and referred me to a perinatologist. She didn't seem worried and said these usually resolve on their own and for me not to be worried but I was wondering if anyone else had heard or experienced this?
