can't get my husband to have sex during a fertile window

So my husband and I have been trying for over a year what he considers "trying" which is having sex three or four times a month. It's tearing me up I can't get him to have sex during my fertile windows he never wants it even if I try and put the moves on do something different I feel like he just doesn't want kids. I talked to him about this and he insists that he does but he just doesn't have the urge to have sex but at the same time refuses to go see a doctor. I'm at my ropes end I feel like it's me and I'm so sad and depressed all the time cause even when it's not for making babies I feel like he never wants me. I don't know where to turn to any more
