anyone have a so who has type 1 diabetes?

Has it made a difference when ttc? Does it make a difference with his ability to "perform" sometimes? We're having that problem now and it never happened like this until now😔 he was diagnosed 9 years ago, we had 3 babies since then, but now I'm feeling discouraged cuz there's days(like this month) where it didn't happen on my positive opk days☹️ I'm just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this problem and if there's anything that can be done to help?
