Help with kicking sweet tooth!

I have been feeling so discouraged. Before I was pregnant I NEVER ate processed sweets or sugar. I also was gluten free and have found since I am pregnant that my gluten intolerance doesn't effect me. Not sure if eating gluten/ more carbs has made me crave sugar or if my first "caves" for processed sugar is what set me on a roll. I cannot get the sweets under control. I decided today I am quitting sugar and going back to my old ways but I know it's going to be hard. The cravings are almost all consuming. Any advice for getting off the sugar drug?
