I'm 22 weeks and this morning I've been having moderate cramping. Not mild but not severe. Although bad enough to make me want to go home from work to lie down. No bleeding or spotting. I feel her kicking a lot this morning. I'm just wondering, for ladies who have gone through a pregnancy before, could this just be Braxton hicks? Or since the baby is getting stronger, could her kicks be making me cramp?
