Is this acceptable behaviour?

Videos of a woman keep cropping up on my Facebook- She records herself going up to random men and stroking their beards, touching their nose or putting makeup on their faces and filming their reaction. I get the impression she feels she can get away with it just because she's 'good looking'. My poll question is- do you think this is acceptable behaviour?

I believe if a man did this to a woman it would be a totally different story. She doesn't go up to other women either it's just men and doesn't consider issues others may have like a learning disability/anxiety/allergies to the makeup etc. Thoughts?
