What's next?

Here is my sorry the short version....my husband and I have been ttc for 10 months, we had one chemical pregnacy in September. I have endometriosis and had surgery in 2010 for it but have has some symptoms of its return since going off comtrol. Since going off bir the control I have had a hard time having a period with taking medication. I have taken Provera a few times and then was put on femara to help me ovulate which then set my period to fairly normal. This month I had am hsg and my husband had a semen analysis done both came back normal. I however did not take femara this month. I am currently almost a week late and still getting bfn. I am suppose to call the Dr tomorrow I wondered what the Dr might suggest aa our next course of action. Share any advice or success stories would be appreciated.
