Back pain 😣

I'm 12 weeks and 3 days today and Friday my back started hurting.  I live in the northeast and shoveled a little bit over the past month or so. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I have been in so much pain the past few days.  It hurts to do everything.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I'm just sitting/laying down as much as possible with a heating pad.  Nervous to go to work tomorrow and be in pain :(. It's my lower back more on the right side.
