Hello all, I am new to this so not sure how it all works.
My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years now. We have been married for 5 years, anyway we have had no luck. I was on the depo shot for a while so I am not sure if that is the reason or not but anyway. Is their anything else we could try. Any super fertitly food, the best ovalation test? Any good readings I could read? When should he go and get his sperm tested? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
