Breast feeding question/issue

My son is a week old tomorrow and I tried pumping for the first time after feeding him and I didn't even make an oz.... I poured both milk into one bottle.

He is having a lot of pee diapers but hasn't had any poop in over 24 hrs. I am calling the ped tomorrow but wondering if he is getting enough, and how I can get more :( feeling really discouraged honestly :/
