Saw in the news that Bill Cosby gave an interview and the headline was "Cosby claims racism" . Well, the interviewer actually led him into that answer so points for the news focusing on that one statement.  But got me curious on what people think?

Yes Bill, all the 58 women you allegedly raped are conspiring to put you in jail because of racism. That is why you settled a civil case with one of them in 2004?

Do I think racism is a factor on how we see rapists? Of course. Look at Brock Turner. Two guys caught him raping someone yet he gets three months and people defended him. People of color certainly are more likely to spend more time in prison.

I believe the victims, based on what I've read and seen from them as well as people I'm acquainted with irl. Other Black comedians like Tracy Morgan and Hannibal Buress wouldn't speak out about it if it wasn't known in the comedian world.

Idk honestly. I just find it odd how long it took for people to speak up. Seems like a distraction or someone's trying to set an example. Sounds like a scam to me but at the same time I don't wanna be the bitch that says those women are wrong.
